My first sale WITHOUT using REA

I’ve been using the AI-powered AI Ad Machine platform for the last few months and getting great results. I call it the ‘Ad Machine’

Last week, on a whim and because I like to watch my business expenses, I decided to test the Ad Machine as my only marketing and set up an ad for a brand-new listing.

I went for a carousel-style Facebook ad driving traffic to the listing on my own company website. I selected a daily ad spend budget of $8

Five days later a ‘highly motivated’ buyer called to set up a viewing resulting in an offer and acceptance and an unconditional contract the following day.
